If you manage to launch it successfully, the reaction that you receive will be astounding, regardless of whether you start a page or a group.

The bottomline is that Facebook has become a social network with a purpose. It can really benefit your business and help you market your products/services to potential customers. It will require some trial and error, but keep trying and you will find the Facebook method that will be just right for you and will bring you the success that you want.
