Setting goals and working to attain them as part of your exercise program is a great way of training your mind. It requires the disciplined application of determined effort to actually get fit and healthy over a period of time. Personal traits such as these can be applied in other areas of your life such as business or education and you will reap the rewards.. Having got the confidence that you can attain the goals that you set to build a fit body, you are now confident to look for that job promotion for example, or other challenges. Being physically fit means that you are able to achieve a lot of things anyway even without the motivation of a healthier mind..

The old adage of "a healthy mind in a healthy body" holds true and as we have seen, there are both mental and physical gains when building yourself a healthy and fit body.
